Credits never expire. Prices are in KRW and include VAT.
Bonus credits on every purchase
Buy anything from the catalog and you earn 1 credit for every ₩1,400 you spend, up to 50 credits per item.
Bonus credits are added once the payment settles. If an order is refunded, the bonus is taken back — but only down to a zero balance, never below it.

Costs credits
- Color diagnosis with face shape — 80 credits
- Hair color render — 5 credits; haircut render — 10 credits (+5 when it re-applies your color)
- Outfit try-on render — 10 credits
- AI style advisor — charged per reply, based on the length of the exchange
Refunds and terms
Unused credits can be refunded on request. Once credits have been spent on a diagnosis, a render, or an AI conversation they cannot be returned, because the underlying cost has already been incurred. If a render fails and the provider refunds its cost to us — the usual case, such as when a photo is rejected — those credits are returned to your balance automatically.
